I make unique accessories and artworks, by re-working discarded textile treasures and found objects discovered at flea markets and vintage fairs.

An old ballet dress or embroidered tea cosy might be transformed into a handbag with ribbons, buttons, threads and memories from old sewing boxes, full of the histories and redolence of the “Make Do and Mend” era, when everything was precious and reused.

I can work to commission, breathing new life into loved but unused or unworn treasures that you may have.

I also sell my work at various makers' fairs and have Cakewalk stalls at a selection of vintage fairs.
